Description

A Budget-Friendly Short-Throw Projector for Golf Simulators

The BenQ AW30ST is an entry-level LED projector designed to get a home simulator running without overspending. It projects in WXGA (1280x800) resolution at 3,200 ANSI lumens, with a native 16:10 aspect ratio that suits many impact screens. A 0.72–0.87 throw ratio and 100% offset let you mount it behind the golfer with minimal tilt, keeping the image square and the hitting zone shadow-free on screens up to 170 inches. Screen Fill sizes the picture to 1:1, 4:3, 16:10 or 16:9 screens at the press of a button, and Golf Mode delivers natural course colors. The filter-free, dustproof LED design lasts up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode.

Features

• Short Throw Lens Designed For Golf Sim: Swing safely without fear of damage or shadows. The AW30ST's short throw ratio is perfect for limited spaces with low ceilings.
• Safe Distance For Every Swing And Shot: The AW30ST’s 0.72–0.87 short-throw ratio and 100% low offset let you place the projector safely behind the golfer, keeping it out of the swing path and away from pop-up or rebound shots, while maintaining a clear, shadow-free hitting zone for a smoother, safer golf simulation experience. Up to 170inch display.
• Low Offset For Low Ceiling: With a 100% offset, the AW30ST eliminates the need for tilting and excessive keystone adjustments, maintaining picture clarity even in tight spaces.
