Price Match Policy
If you find a lower price on an identical product from an authorized online retailer within 14 days of your purchase, Golf Simulators Pro will refund the difference. For products priced over $2,000, we'll refund the difference plus an additional $50.
How To Request A Price Match
- Purchase the item from golfsimulatorspro.com.
- Within 14 days of purchase, email support@golfsimulatorspro.com with your order number and proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot, link, invoice, or email.
- Once we verify the offer, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Eligibility Requirements
- The product must be identical: same brand, model, and condition (new).
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product.
- The competitor must be an online store with the item currently in stock.
- The comparison is based on item price plus shipping, excluding sales tax.
Not Eligible
- Auction, marketplace, or discount/liquidation sites (e.g., eBay, Overstock)
- Retailers with physical store locations
- Rebates, bundles, buy-one-get-one, or free-gift offers
- Limited-time holiday events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday
- Coupon codes or membership-only pricing
- Pricing errors or clearance/open-box items
