Meet the Hawkeye – a ceiling golf simulator that supports both right and left handed golfers, has an instantaneous ball flight, and dual-firefly camera system which supports up to 1000+ FPS to accurately capture every detail in the golf swing.

Measuring factors such as ball speed and launch angle, we're able to correctly calculate spin with the data of millions of golf shots logged into our physics-based AI/Machine learning algorithm.

AI-Based Calculating Algorithm

• Capture High-Speed Motion: Golf balls can travel over 200 mph, so high FPS ensures clear imaging of the ball in motion. This is critical for accurately measuring ball speed, launch angle, and other key data points.
• Frame-to-Frame Tracking: At up to 1,000 FPS, our cameras can capture a golf ball's position every 0.001 seconds, providing the granularity needed to detect subtle variations in its motion.

Warranty

Coverage Period

AccuGOLF provides a 2-year limited warranty on all golf simulator packages, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

What’s Covered?

This warranty applies to the following components included in the AccuGOLF simulator package:

• Golf Sensor System (hardware and software)
• Accessories (lighting, cables, plugs, and other included peripherals)

If any covered product is found to be defective within the warranty period, AccuGOLF will provide a replacement.

Replacement and Shipping Policy

1. Golf Sensor System

• If the golf sensor system is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, AccuGOLF will cover the full cost of the replacement, including shipping.
• AccuGOLF will arrange for the replacement unit to be shipped to the customer at no charge.

2. Accessories (Lighting, Cables, Plugs, etc.)

• Accessories included in the package are covered under warranty if they become defective due to normal use.
• However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement accessory.

3. Lost or Self-Damaged Items

• If an item is lost or damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or accidental breakage, the replacement will not be covered under warranty.
• The customer will be responsible for the full cost of the replacement item and shipping fees.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Lost items or damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or accidental breakage.
•  Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage.
  
• Damage resulting from power surges, lightning strikes, or external environmental factors.
  
• Software issues related to third-party applications or unauthorized updates.
